I am a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage program at Portland State and am licensed and insured. I have a passion for healing and helping others find balance and peace. I enjoy the ocean, yoga, and traveling. I love to cook, paint, and read and I am always appreciative of my gifts. I am presently pursuing my dream of becoming an illustrator.
I am also available for corporate chair massage, prenatal massage, or a combination of these modalities. You will find me to be friendly, respectful, and professional. With my knowledge and experience in many different modalities of massage, I can work with those who enjoy those modalities and want to experience that bodywork more. My therapy style is a mix of relaxation, therapeutic and therapeutic sessions. Incorporate different modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, lymphatic, Thai massage, cupping, and structural integration when needed.

I am a certified massage therapist with an advanced level of training, specializing in deep tissue massage and advanced techniques of myofascial release. I have studied the science of the body and how to enhance the health of my clients. I also have a master’s degree in psychology and have studied many modalities of bodywork. I have worked in many different settings and have had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life from athletes to the elderly. Although I have been teaching in the UK, I have worked in California and now in the UK. I am happy to travel to your home or office for a massage session.
