We like to be flexible with our supply chain so that we can keep our services evolving. We are now able to offer our coffee to retailers, cafes, and shops. We also roast our coffee in the world-famous London shop, Barista. We aim to offer a range of coffee flavors, which you can pair with all types of dishes. Our coffee is also available to dine in, as well as gift-wrapping.
We believe that our mission is to promote whole-harvest coffee, so we source and roast all of our coffees through a combination of state-of-the-art drip and wet roasting equipment and in-house small-batch roasting processes. Our intention is to provide a customer experience that is at once fun and enjoyable for our customers. With the aim of improving our customers’ experience in the purchase of coffee, we also aim to create more sustainable farming practices.

Our roasting process is a combination of water, coffee, and coffee grounds to produce fine to dark-roasted coffee. We use HSA and FSA cards to ensure we have all the necessary documentation necessary to work with insurance companies, banks, and tax authorities. The MCR team are dedicated people who are always smiling and laughing over the coffee table. They are also full of life and love the whole process. We never lose sight of our identity in the MCR and what we are creating. It is something you will never get tired of seeing.
We use high-quality, freshly roasted, organically sourced, and free from any additives or artificial ingredients. We roast for 2 – 3 weeks to ensure the best flavors, aroma, and flavors of our coffee beans. We only use fair trade products for all of our coffees, from seed to graining, with a focus on ethical and sustainable farming practices. All of our coffees are grown and roasted in one of our carefully selected, local micro-roasters and our roasters use the highest quality green coffee beans. We are a family-owned and run coffee company based in Norwich but are able to supply the whole of Norfolk, Suffolk, Surrey, and Hertfordshire. We specialize in fine coffee, the best-tasting coffee, and quality roasted coffee. We roast our quality roasts on the premises at the same time as we use the best equipment we can find to keep us a safe and reputable shop, however, we do not guarantee the safety of any of our roasted coffee! As more and more places are opening up in London, the quality of coffee has risen.
